Three night minimum stay is required.

		A 20% deposit is required to reserve your stay. Your dates will show up on our website calendar as reserved once your
		deposit is received. Balance is due upon arrival.

We accept personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

		You will receive a full refund minus $50 booking fee if cancellation notice is given 30 days or more prior to reserved
		arrival date.

		If cancellation is within 30 days of the first night reserved, your deposit is non-refundable (unless we are able to book
		another reservation in your place).

Please, no pets at this time. This may change in the future, so check back.

There is no smoking in the house.
